In the morning

I heard a screech

from a quiet puppy

at the window of the door

as he ran up the stairs

and stared at the bone.

In the afternoon

a spider crawled

up the wall

and ran across

my lunch.

At night,

before my bed time,

a cat

watched me drink my cold slushy.

I like my seahorse art because I like the colours I used on it, but I don't like the head and the nose.
